No official updates listed either, so I wouldn’t bet on this being around in five years.

Also, if you’re used to more advanced plugins like Envira or NextGEN, this one feels lightweight to the point of being underpowered. No bulk import tools, no SEO metadata per image, no fancy filters. It does what it says, but that’s it. So if you need granular control over how each image displays, skip it.
