WP 2FA with Telegram for WordPress

The not-so-good

It’s not perfect though. The plugin doesn’t support multi-user admin control over 2FA. If you want to enforce 2FA for all users, you have to manually enable it per profile. That’s fine for small sites, but a pain if you manage a big network. Also, there’s no backup option if you lose access to your Telegram account. You’re stuck unless you’ve saved the recovery codes somewhere else.

And honestly, if you’re not already using Telegram, this might not be worth the hassle. The whole thing hinges on having Telegram installed and active. If you’re more into Authy or Duo, this isn’t going to win you over. It’s also only available in English, Italian, and Spanish-so if you’re using a less common language, you’re out of luck.
